When did you know you wanted to become a writer?

Part :2

After coming to Kolkata I didn't quite focus on my writing. To be honest I lost that vibe completely. It was only after my first year of engineering that I wrote a blog. That was a personal blog where I had shared my feelings concerning some deplorable events that happened in my life earlier. Later, I modified it into a tech blog because after some time I became interested in technological kinds of stuff. Fortunately, I had a friend in my PG and he was quite a techie. So, in a way, I was also drawn towards technology.

Another year had passed. There was some break at that point from blogging. I felt too lazy to think about something interesting or different from myself. Soon I was in my final year of engineering and I got interested in blogging once again and this time with technological topics because I used to follow some tech videos on YouTube and that helped me a lot with the contents.

I thought of a plan about starting a technological blog and turning it into a company. So, I went to my friend, the techie and shared everything about my plan of starting a company with him. It would not have been a full-fledged company since I could have only afforded to invest a small amount but it would have worked somewhat like a small company with limited employers to execute my project. So, initially both of us started to work on our website design and although he used to execute my ideas often, I could not care less for his valuable inputs as well. He chose to work on the website maintenance and development, which he felt was acceptable and satisfactory. Everything was going well and we were very much inspired and motivated by our efforts. I had more plans for the future. To be honest I never knew until then that I am very ambitious and quite sure of myself in life.

At that point, I knew that I need to bring in more people who could contribute an excess amount of contents to the blog because I wanted some engaging traffic. Since I had just started after a long time, it was difficult for me to write on more than two topics per day. So, I communicated with some of my juniors and they agreed to help. But again things didn't work out well due to some technical errors and people lost their interest. Although it may be a normal thing, I had high hopes for everyone. So, eventually, I too had to give up. But somewhere in my heart I always knew that I shall not give up, which means that I should be more patient than before. That's why I always thought about creating my own blog and write on different kinds of content. It gives me a zone to spend some time with myself and creates a partition from non-productiveness.

I think you should find a space for yourself apart from your regular activities. It's very important for you to keep yourself happy else it may not be possible for you to infuse positive thoughts in your mind. You need a source of energy to keep going and if you can stay happy then you can definitely find a solution to any kind of problems in your life. Keep working on yourself and I wish you all the best.

‘The Future of India’

I have read Swami Vivekananda’s idea of ‘The Future of India’. Here I have penned down my personal thoughts after reading a few other articles and opinions which are almost in line with Swamiji’s thoughts with slight modifications. At some places in this article I did not complete Swamiji’s ideas because I have consciously thought that the same idea could be expanded without making any changes to the essence of the idea as it could possibly which could pass a more inclusive message to the society where we all live. I think that the need of the hour is to follow Swami Vivekananda and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s ideas for India. I have envisioned my idea of the future of India here in line with Swami Vivekananda’a ideas of ‘The Future of India’. I am always open to a new idea but it should be an organized and structured thought. This could be in the form a constructive criticism or a discussion as well. Kindly read below and try to understand the thought process behind each ...
